I strongly believe that each child is unique in their own way. Hence, I aim to assist children in providing a variety of opportunities for them to further strengthen their strengths and improve their weaknesses at their own pace.

To achieve this, I would incorporate child-directed activities into my lessons, where educators will be the facilitator. Through child-directed activities, children will be more willing to learn as well as explore their own individuality.
